However, The Sun report that no such discussions have taken place, but Chelsea are poised to make their move should the job become available.Lampard has been touted as a replacement for Sarri following an impressive first season at Derby County in the Championship where he just missed out on promotion.The Italian is favourite to take over at Juventus after just a year at Stamford Bridge where he finished third and won the Europa League.Dean Saunders says Frank Lampard must take Chelsea job if offered it No official approach has been made for Lampard and the Blues are thought to be trying to persuade Sarri, who signed a three-year contract at Stamford Bridge following the sacking of Antonio Conte, to stay.
