Rhian Brewster could be named on Liverpool’s bench against Tottenham

There will be a place on the bench for Brewster due to UEFAs rule change – managers can name up to 12 substitutes, instead of seven in the previous rounds.Wales star Ben Woodburn, who returned to the club after an underwhelming loan spell with Sheffield United earlier this season, has not made the 23-man squad.Brewster was an unused substitute in Liverpools 4-0 semi-final second leg win over Barcelona at the beginning of the month.Prior to the stunning comeback against Barcelona, Klopp insisted the England Under-17 World Cup winner would be part of his first-team plans next season.
